A to Z Diamonds provides wholesale natural diamond sourcing, inspection, and shipping services for professional jewellers and retailers. Our services are intended for business-to-business (B2B) use only. By using our services, you confirm that you are acting in a professional capacity.
We act as a sourcing intermediary, connecting jewellers with verified wholesale diamond vendors in India. We provide independent quality inspection, order consolidation, and insured shipping services. We do not manufacture diamonds and do not hold inventory. All diamonds are sourced on demand from our wholesale vendor network.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms will be agreed upon individually for each order. Pricing is provided on a per-enquiry basis and may vary based on market conditions, stone specifications, and quantity.
All diamonds sourced through A to Z Diamonds come with GIA, IGI, or other internationally recognised certification as specified. Our independent inspection process verifies each stone against its certificate before shipping. While we take every care to ensure accuracy, certification is provided by independent laboratories and we cannot be held liable for laboratory grading discrepancies.
All shipments are fully insured from dispatch in India to delivery at your specified address. We handle all customs documentation. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
A to Z Diamonds acts as a sourcing agent and not as a principal seller. Our liability is limited to the fees charged for our sourcing services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
